$25 per hour or $400 to completely start over and achieve organization and automation.

 

I can organize everything better:
  • Review, sort, identify, archive, and unsubscribe.
  • Create folders or labels to organize email by priority and category.
  • Implement Automation — Create filters to automatically move emails into appropriate folder, label and out of the inbox.
  • Update your email contacts.
  • Identify and create groups for newsletters, school, family, clubs, etc.
  • Create Action Folders: Urgent, FYI, Receipts, Travel, VA to-do, etc.
  • Customize your signature and add links to your social media platforms.

Social Media Presence

$25 per hour or $100 to update an existing platform / $150 to create a new business page.

  • Create and/or update your Facebook Business Page.
  • Create a personal color scheme.

  • Add and update links to your other platforms, like Facebook, LinkedIn, Zillow, and Realtor.com.
  • Add head-shot and background picture.
Your LinkedIn Business Page:
  • Create and/or update your LinkedIn Business page.
  • Add or update your Intro, About Me, Featured, Accomplishments and Background sections.
  • Add or update your profile and your background picture.
  • Create a personal color scheme.
  • Add and update links to your other platforms, like Facebook, LinkedIn, Zillow, and Realtor.com.

Website Editing:

Are you behind on updating your website because you are spending all your time with your clients? Tell me what you need, and I’ll get it done!

$25 per hour or $200 to update an existing platform (does not involve creating a website).

$200 per month

This includes the following virtual assistant services on a monthly basis:

Basic Services

Administrative Services: 2-3 services daily, Monday through Friday, between 8:00 am – 6:00pm.

Monitoring, sorting, and replying to emails, scheduling meetings, updating contacts, data entry, word processing, maintain client files.

Advanced Monthly Package

$400 per month

This includes everything in the Basic package + one (1) of the following monthly service options:

Ultimate Monthly Package

$750 per month

This includes everything in the Basic package + two (2) of the following monthly service options:
